Why Slice? Why not!

Hey Everyone!!

Today you are getting two videos!! The slice has been flying off the shelves! So I thought I would show a project and informational video for all of you.

This project is too adorable!! I love the line, and the way the incorporate the slice to make it perfect! What would we do without our personal die-cut systems!! ;)

More Making Memories Ideas

Heres another Making Memories layout!

This layout is super cute, and uses almost ALL NEW Making Memories supplies. It was fast and easy but turned out super cute! We used the GARDEN PARTY line from MAKING MEMORIES.

And Heres how to make it!

1. Adhere two photos to the top portion of artisan die-cut paper.
2. Punch large and small GROMMETS through the dots of paper. Use a black pen to outline the inside of the grommets. Then use the pen to journal in the grommets.
3. Adhere ½" x 12" glitter dots paper on Page using staples.
4. Use tag curler to attach one epoxy curling tag to white eyelet lace. Adhere over glitter dots paper strip.
5. Use glitter die-cuts to embellish.
6. Use a black pen for journaling.

And then enjoy!! Cute right!?!

Versatile Making Memories

Attention Making Memories Lovers!

Sometimes its just about the embellishments! This ADORABLE Making Memories Page would have not been the same if Heather hadn't used all these embellishments! From the epoxy flower, to the buttons, to even the little accents of ribbon. This page is adorable!!

Its a cute and simple way to make any page!

Heres HOW!:

1. Adhere 2 photos to Bazzill paper, and then adhere to page.
2. Trim a 7 ½" piece of white eyelet lace and mount below the photos.
3. Use the Making Memories Tag Curler to attach one Making Memories epoxy curling tag to cream brulee beaded ribbon and mount over white eyelet lace.
4. Use scissors to trim one die-cut frame in half diagonally. Staple 5" piece of white eyelet lave round frame and adhere to page.
5. Create layered flowers using die-cuts, blossoms, buttons, and velvet brads.
6. Adhere flowers to page. Adhere one die-cut journaling shape to page.
7. Embellish using epoxy shapes, buttons, and velvet brads.
8. Use a black pen for journaling.

New Making Memories Line!!

Hey Everyone!

Making Memories just came out with two new Baby lines. There called Animal Crackers. I am absolutely in love with both! Animal Crackers Jack, is the baby boy line, and it is my favorite baby boy line right now! The animals used in this line are elephants and alligators. But don't worry their totally cute and not scary at all. ;) They make the page 10x cuter! (if at all possible!)

Heather made these two Making Memories layouts. And even though her youngest is 5 and lets everyone know he's "Not a baby anymore!" This paper is cute for many different themes. She wants you to know that she had SO much fun making a page about something other than babies with this paper. I think that this paper would be extremely cute with a zoo page!

The main products used in these Making Memories layouts were the Making Memories animal crackers paper, Paper tags, sweets, ribbons and epoxy stickers. All these elements make the layouts so much cuter!

Animal Crackers Ella is the girl line. The main animal in this line is Giraffes. The blues, pinks and oranges are so cute and this looks exactly like a little baby girl page. And this line is once again very versatile! Heather made this page about her five-year-old Christian and how much he loves to snuggle!

See How easy was that!?! Now you know what to do with all that left over Making Memories and other brands paper! :D Or use it to show off your baby girl and/or baby boy!

New Making Memories Line

Hey Scrapers!

We just got a totally cute Making Memories layout finished and wanted to share it with you!! Do you have a making memories tag-maker from last season that you are having a hard time coming up with ideas on how to incorporate it into your "new and improved" layouts? Well, heres the solution!

We used the new making memories ' 5th Avenue line to create this totally cute and fun layout. I love how many different elements and products are used but it doesn't look messy!

We used the Making Memories Tag Maker rims plain and with paper in them. Cute right!?!It gives off a fake illusion! :D I also love how versatile this page is! you could use it for almost any theme.

Heres how to make your own!

1. Attach two 4" x 6" photos to the left side of the paper.
2. Trim a 1 1/2" x 12" strip of berry paper and a 1/2" x 11" strip of solid red paper and attach it next to the photos.
3. Adhere a sheet of journaling notebook paper over the paper strips.
4. Use Ribbon Slot Punch tool to make a slot in the right hand side of the page. (approximately 1 1/2" from the right side and 1 3/4" from the bottom of the page.)
5. Cut two lengths of gingham ribbon. (13" and 5")
6. Attach long ribbon piece to page under photo using a brad and adhesive. Thread small ribbon piece through the slot and use tape to adhere. Tie the two pieces of ribbon together.
7. Punch circle from floral paper
   Make tag using Tag Maker.
8. Attach tags and empty rims to page as shown.
9. Attach flowers, button, and brads to page as shown.
10. use black pen for journaling.
